We aim to provide next day delivery within Ireland when you place an order before 12.00pm.
UK & Europe Delivery:
€13 Delivery charge for International deliveries. Please allow 3 – 7 Working days for delivery.
For delivery to the Rest of World
€20 Delivery charge for rest of world deliveries. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
If your order is travelling outside the EU, you may be liable to customs charges and/or import duties on arrival in the international destination. The payment of Customs charges is the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.

The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. We would advise that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent.
Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.
Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
If you are eligible to receive your refund, we can only process a refund with a Returns Slip containing clear instructions of the refund or exchange required. If you do not have your Returns Slip or lost the original slip, please email email@example.com and we will email you a new one.
As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, we will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note that we are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
How to return or exchange:
You can return items by post or to our Store within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item(s) to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags still attached.
Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. This will appear on your account within five to ten days depending on your card issuer.
